1. General Information

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes about our Ragdoll breeding program, kittens, and adoption process. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or accuracy.

We reserve the right to update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.

2. Kitten Availability

All kittens are placed at our discretion. Submission of an inquiry form, application, or deposit does not guarantee the availability of a specific kitten.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about the suitability of a home.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice.

  • Current base price for kittens: $900 

Final pricing will be confirmed prior to placement.

4. Deposits

To reserve a kitten, a deposit of $100 is required.

  • Deposits are refundable under certain conditions.

  • Deposits are transferable under certain conditions.

5. Waitlist Policy

We may maintain a waitlist for future litters.

  • Joining the waitlist requires: A completed Adoption Form

  • Placement order is determined by: Date of Received Adoption Form

We do not guarantee a kitten within a specific timeframe.

6. Health Disclaimer

All kittens are raised in a home environment and are represented to be in good health at the time of placement.

However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Future health conditions

  • Reactions to new environments, diets, or stress

  • Veterinary outcomes after the kitten leaves our care

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Scheduling a veterinary check within 7 days of pickup

  • Providing ongoing care, nutrition, and a safe environment

7. Spay/Neuter Policy

All pet kittens are sold with the expectation that they will be spayed or neutered.

  • Requested by age: 6-8 months

  • Breeding rights are only granted under separate agreement.

8. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to interfere with the website

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use this site for unlawful purposes

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and kitten photos, is the property of The Ragdoll House and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
